Job Description :-
- 3-5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer on residential building projects, preferably high-rise (10+ floors)
- Hands-on experience in quantity take-off from GFC drawings for RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, and finishing items
- Practical experience in contractor RA bill preparation, checking, measurement recording, and certification
- Solid knowledge of basic rate analysis and understanding of BOQ items as per standard schedule of rates
- Experience in reconciliation of steel, concrete, and major finishing materials with site consumption and contractor bills
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings (architectural, structural) and coordinate with site engineers for measurements
- Proficiency in MS Excel for quantity sheets, bill formats, and basic cost tracking
- Willingness to work from office with regular site visits in and around Swargate, Pune
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
