Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Retail Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for retail positions while ensuring hiring targets and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions .
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store teams.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Manage recruitment drives and walk-in interviews when required.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, joining ratio, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
