About the Role

AdLift is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented AVP – SEO, Organic Growth & Content Marketing to lead our global organic search and content practice, with a strong focus on US and international clients.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end SEO strategy, organic growth, content marketing, AI-search visibility, client success, team capability, and revenue impact across enterprise and high-growth accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Organic Growth Leadership
- Own and drive the SEO and organic growth strategy for global accounts, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Lead end-to-end SEO across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO and Local SEO.
- Develop account-level organic growth roadmaps aligned with clients' business and revenue objectives.
- Drive measurable improvements across organic traffic, non-brand visibility,



keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, leads and revenue.
- Lead advanced technical SEO audits, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data/schema, internal linking and site migrations.
- Build strategies around search intent, topical authority, E-E-A-T and evolving Google algorithm updates.
- Optimize organic visibility across Google, Bing and emerging search/discovery ecosystems.

2. AI Search, AEO & GEO
- Lead AdLift's strategy for the evolving AI-search ecosystem, including AI Overviews, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and authority across Google AI experiences, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing Copilot and other emerging discovery platforms.
- Build frameworks around entity authority, structured data, content credibility, citations, topical depth and AI-search visibility.
