Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, messages, referrals, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated about company products, services, offers, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
