About the Role:

We are looking for an L1 Engineer
to provide first-level IT infrastructure and technical support at our customer’s on-site location. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving day-to-day technical issues related to
networking, desktop operating systems, hardware, and desktop applications.

The ideal candidate should have valuable troubleshooting skills, basic network support knowledge, and the ability to work independently at a customer site.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
L1 technical support
for day-to-day IT infrastructure and user-related issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic
network connectivity and network-related issues
.
- Provide support for
LAN, WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot




Windows Desktop Operating Systems
.
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware, peripherals, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot
desktop software and applications
.
- Handle basic user account, system configuration, and access-related issues.
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within the defined SLA.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate L2/L3 support team.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
- Perform routine system checks and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure at the site.
- Coordinate with the customer’s IT team and internal support teams whenever required.
- Follow organizational IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
