About the Role

We are looking for a
technical B2B sales professional
who can sell
AI, Data, Analytics, and SaaS solutions
to
FinTech lenders, NBFCs, and Banks
.

This is
not a generic sales role
. The ideal candidate must understand technology-led solutions, confidently engage CXOs/business leaders, conduct solution discussions, and convert enterprise opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across
Banks, NBFCs, FinTech lenders, and financial institutions
.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct
technical/product discussions and demonstrations
around AI, Data and Analytics solutions.
- Engage CXOs, Business Heads, Technology Heads and senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage enterprise pipeline, proposals, negotiations and closures.
- Identify customer problems and translate them into relevant AI/Data solutions.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on customer requirements.
- Track AI, Data and FinTech market trends and identify new opportunities.




- Consistently achieve revenue and sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant B2B technology sales/business development experience.
- Proven experience selling
AI / Data / Analytics / SaaS / Marketing Technology solutions
.
- Mandatory BFSI exposure:
must have sold to
Banks, NBFCs, FinTech lenders or financial institutions
.
- Strong understanding of
AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, data pipelines or integrations
.
- Proven enterprise sales/closure track record.
- Comfortable presenting technical solutions to
CXO-level stakeholders
.
- Solid consultative/solution-selling capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for enterprise client meetings when required.

Good to Have
- FinTech lending ecosystem experience.
- Knowledge of RBI/financial-services regulations.
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics platforms.
- Exposure to
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Tableau or Power BI
.
