- Stakeholder Management: Consult directly with department heads to define job requirements and interview pipelines.
- Headhunting: Source passive talent using advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or specialized databases.
- Process Optimization: Track recruitment metrics and improve conversion rates across pipelines.
Key Skills Needed
- Advanced Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Deep understanding of market mapping and talent landscapes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
