Responsibilities
- Perform accurate estimation and quantity take-off for high-rise building projects.
- Conduct cost analysis to ensure project viability and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate structural and design aspects with relevant teams.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documentation.
- Interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Ensure all designs and estimations comply with relevant construction standards and practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, quantity take-off, and cost analysis.
- Proven experience in structural/design coordination and construction documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings with precision.
- Good knowledge of relevant construction standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
