About the Role

We're hiring a US Recruitment Lead to own delivery for a portfolio of US client accounts across corporate and technology functions.

This is a player-coach role.
You'll lead a team of recruiters and carry your own desk — a full set of live reqs that you source, screen, submit, and close yourself. The individual delivery isn't a token load or a few showcase searches; you're expected to put placements on the board alongside your team, and you'll be measured on both.

What You'll Do

Carry your own desk
- Own a live req load end to end — intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview management, offer negotiation, and close
- Take the senior, hard-to-fill, and client-critical searches yourself, alongside your share of standard roles
- Hit individual submittal, interview,



and placement targets independent of your team's numbers
- Stay hands-on in the tools daily — you can't coach sourcing you're not doing yourself

Lead the team
- Lead and develop a team of 8+ recruiters and set targets, run pipeline reviews, hold the team to conversion goals
- Coach on the fundamentals: intake quality, sourcing technique, screening depth, candidate control, closing
- Allocate reqs across the team based on recruiter strength and client priority; rebalance when accounts heat up
- Run onboarding and ramp for current team members; address performance gaps early and directly
- Report team performance to leadership — submittals, interviews, placements, time-to-fill, fall-off rate

Own client delivery
- Own delivery health for assigned US accounts; you're accountable for fill rates, not activity metrics
- Act as escalation point for US hiring managers — run weekly delivery calls, address quality concerns, reset expectations when a req sta
