You are a proactive problem-solver who can balance technical expertise with robust communication skills, enabling you to effectively support users and partner with stakeholders across the organization. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of GroundTruths Salesforce platform. This role will manage user access, system configuration, automation, reporting, data integrity, and platform enhancements while serving as a trusted partner to business teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused,



detail-oriented, and committed to delivering reliable, scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

You will:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows to support business needs.
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights, KPIs, and data-driven decision support.
