Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D landscape models for residential, township, commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Create landscape layouts, grading, hardscape, softscape, planting and site-development elements.
- Convert landscape/architectural design information into accurate BIM/CAD models.
- Work with, Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant modelling/design software.
- Develop and modify terrain surfaces, contours, levels and grading plans.
- Coordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare 2D drawings, plans, sections, details and documentation from 3D models.
- Review drawings/models for accuracy, constructability and compliance with project standards.
- Support quantity take-offs, schedules and model-based documentation where required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and resolve model clashes/issues.
- Follow BIM standards, project naming conventions, LOD requirements and information-management procedures.
Skills Required
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD
- Landscape modelling/documentation
- Understanding of grading, contours, levels and drainage
- BIM coordination and multidisciplinary modelling
- Ability to interpret architectural/landscape drawings
- Positive knowledge of construction documentation
- Familiarity with LOD/BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows would be an advantage
