Role & responsibilities
- Ability to drive a minimum of 80Km per day.
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Starting business in a new village.
- Collection of current dues.
- Submit daily collection reports to the Branch Manager.
- Group-wise collection as per scheduled time by following the process.
- Village identification within the radius.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in person.
- Feasibility study of the village based on demographics, activities and financial needs of the customers.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Regular monitoring of clients by conducting meetings.
