Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Generate, qualify, and managing leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Advise clients on residential and investment properties across Mumbai and
other key markets.
• Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct property tours, negotiate offers, and close high-value transactions.
• Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to enhance client experience.
• Stay updated on market movements, trends, and real estate laws.
• Represent the Nestrov brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.
Behavior & Skills:
• Robust understanding of the real estate brokerage sales funnel, from lead
qualification to closure.
• Consultative, client-first selling approach with ability to advise on investment
value, ROI, and market trends.
