TNC Aviation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Visa Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of student applications, visa processes, and communication with partner flight schools. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between students, international flight schools, and the internal team, ensuring a seamless admission and visa journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & School Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between students, partner flight schools, and internal teams.
- Guide students throughout the admission, documentation, and visa process.
- Coordinate regularly with partner schools regarding admissions, offer letters, enrollment status, and course updates.
- Maintain robust relationships with students and educational partners.
Visa Process Management
- Handle student visa documentation and application processes.
- Verify and review all required documents before visa submission.
- Conduct mock visa interviews and prepare students for embassy/consulate interviews.
- Stay updated with visa regulations, documentation requirements, and immigration policies for different countries.
- Track visa application progress and provide timely updates to students.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all student documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within timelines.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of student applications, visas, and admissions.
- Coordinate with students to collect pending documents and resolve documentation issues promptly.
Fee & Batch Coordination
- Monitor fee collections and payment status for student batches.
- Coordinate with the Finance team regarding fee receipts and outstanding payments.
- Maintain batch-wise student records and payment trackers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with students for pending payments and documentation.
