- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and strategic business goals.
- Own and drive the overall visual design strategy, ensuring alignment with the company s brand identity, business objectives, and growth priorities.
- Develop creative assets, including web, digital, and marketing materials, while ensuring a high standard of visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging design, digital,



and AI trends and identify opportunities to bring new approaches, tools, and creative techniques into the organisation.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms by developing and enforcing design guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering skill development and creative excellence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and business objectives.
- Conduct design reviews, offering feedback and improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Leverage AI-powered design and creative tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms, to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and design workflows while maintaining human-led creative quality and brand consistency.

Requirements Skills:
