About the Role

Teamworks is looking for an
Assistant Manager – Business Development
to drive new business in
Real Estate 3D Visualization, Architectural Visualization, Walkthroughs, Animation, Digital Marketing and Promotional Content
.

The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to the
real estate and construction ecosystem
and be comfortable meeting builders, developers, architects, channel partners, marketing agencies and corporate clients to understand their requirements and convert them into projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
real estate and construction sector
.
- Build relationships with
builders, developers, architects, interior designers, real estate marketing agencies and channel partners
.
- Pitch Teamworks' services including:
- 3D Architectural Visualization




- 3D Exterior & Interior Renders
- 3D Walkthroughs & Animations
- Virtual Tours
- Architectural & Product Animation
- Corporate Films
- TVCs & Digital Ads
- Social Media Promotional Content
- Branding & Creative Services
- Generate leads through
direct outreach, networking, references, events, LinkedIn and industry contacts

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative/production team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Conduct client presentations and project discussions.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
- Track competitors, market opportunities and emerging trends in real estate marketing and visualization.
