About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Visa Consultant to independently handle visa applications and provide end-to-end visa assistance to clients. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of visa documentation, application procedures and embassy/consulate/VFS processes, along with excellent attention to detail and customer-handling skills.

The role will involve handling visa requirements across multiple destinations and coordinating with clients, internal teams, travel partners and visa centres to ensure applications are processed accurately and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa application processes from initial enquiry and requirement assessment to submission and final outcome.
- Understand client travel plans and determine applicable visa requirements, documentation and application procedures.
- Prepare and verify visa application forms, checklists, cover letters, invitation letters, financial documents and other supporting documentation.
- Review client documents carefully for accuracy, completeness,



consistency and compliance with applicable visa requirements.
- Guide clients regarding documentation, financial requirements, photographs, travel insurance, appointments, biometrics and other applicable formalities.
- Handle visa applications for tourist, business, conference, family visit and other relevant categories, as applicable.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, documentation requirements, processing procedures and changes announced by embassies, consulates, VFS centres and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate visa appointments, document submission, biometrics and other application-related activities.
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, VFS/TLS/BLS and other visa application centres, overseas partners and internal teams.
- Monitor application status and proactively follow up on pending applications and requirements.
