- Establish a culture of continuous improvement by implementing structured governance, performance management frameworks, and best-practice sharing across teams.
- Develop and monitor KPI dashboards, conduct root cause analysis, and drive action plans to achieve sustained operational excellence.
- Drive process assessment, operating model design, standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define future-state operating models.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives leveraging leading practices, shared services, and global business services models.




- Identify and implement automation, digitization, and AI-driven solutions to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop business cases, advantages realization plans, and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance across finance processes.
- Monitor project milestones, financials, risks, and resource utilization.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Certification or practical experience in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Operational Excellence, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience delivering measurable productivity, cost optimization, quality improvement, and process standardization initiatives.
- Exposure to process mining
