JOB TITLE: Senior Delivery Manager - Client Success

ROLE SUMMARY
Inferyx is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data-platform engagements. The role will be responsible for delivery health, client relationships, program governance, production incidents, and stakeholder satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own delivery milestones, sprint governance, SLAs, risks, quality, and go-live activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, architects, and business leaders.
- Lead Scrum calls, sprint reviews, steering meetings, and executive reporting.
- Maintain RAID logs, delivery dashboards, RACI, issue logs, and client runbooks.
- Manage production incidents, RCA, escalations, and sustainable resolution plans.
- Handle change requests, including scope, timelines, effort, and commercials.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on architecture, pipelines, and platform adoption.
- Identify opportunities to expand Inferyxs platform across client business units.
- Mentor delivery and business analyst resources and create delivery SOPs.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years in technology delivery, program management, or client-facing delivery.
- Experience managing large enterprise clients in BFSI, telecom, or related sectors.
- Robust understanding of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT, Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum, sprint, SLA, risk, and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Willingness to travel fortnightly to client locations.

AWS Glue, Athena, Iceberg, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Jira, ManageEngine, Excel, and PowerPoint.
