We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated QS Manager to lead our Quantity Surveying department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost management, contractual compliance, and financial performance across multiple construction projects. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing QS teams, developing robust cost control strategies, and ensuring project profitability. The QS Manager will play a critical role in client liaison, stakeholder management, and driving best practices within the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, ensuring high performance, professional development, and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee all pre-contract activities, including detailed cost planning, feasibility studies, value engineering, and preparation of comprehensive tender documents.
- Manage post-contract commercial activities, including contract administration, valuation of variations, interim payments, and final account settlements.




- Develop and implement robust cost control and reporting systems to monitor project budgets, expenditure, and cash flow accurately.
- Conduct regular financial reviews, prepare accurate cost forecasts, and provide insightful commercial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and agree on contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating commercial risks.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate commercial risks across all projects, implementing strategies to protect the company's financial interests.
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations, relevant construction legislation, and company policies and procedures.
- Foster strong, team-oriented relationships with clients, consultants, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
