Role Summary

We are seeking a Live Chat Support Agent with 3-5 years of experience in customer support and booking operations within the transportation or travel domain, specifically in bus and car charter services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling real-time customer interactions through live chat and digital channels, assisting with bookings, pricing, modifications,



and general inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through live chat and digital support channels.
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and trip-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on vehicles, routes, pricing, and company policies.
- Manage end-to-end booking and pricing support activities.
- Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
- Adhere to established SOPs while meeting SLA and KPI targets.

Mandatory Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, booking operations, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience in B2C bus or car charter services.
- Solid understanding of booking workflows, pricing structures, and transportation/travel operations.
- Excellent upselling, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Fluent
