Role Description
This is a full-time remote Telemarketer role responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include introducing products or services, explaining features and advantages, answering basic questions, and recording key details from each interaction in the designated system. The Telemarketer will schedule appointments or follow-up calls, qualify leads based on defined criteria,



and route interested contacts to the appropriate internal teams. The role also involves meeting call volume and conversion targets, following scripts and compliance guidelines, and providing courteous, professional customer service in every conversation. Collaboration with supervisors and peers to improve call strategies and share feedback is an ongoing part of the position.
