Qualification - BE/ B. Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation/ Automation
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Knowledge of Instrumentation & PLC systems, automation related to Blast Furnace
- LV & MV Systems
- Power distribution Network.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure environment, health and safety at workplace with zero harm, zero discharge and zero waste
- Ensuring safety, 5s, and inspection of compliance to Electrical.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Production loss in protected & effective manner, timely backup of logic & HMI.
- Planning and implementation of daily preventive maintenance, predictive and shutdown maintenance jobs of instruments for safe , efficient, reliable running of bf without any break down.
- Calibration of instruments, WH, weigh scale & maintain record.
- Ensure effective inter department & intra department co-ordination.
- Diagnose the faults in the equipment and shift end reports.
- Creating and implementing SOPs/SMPs.
