We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented B2B Sales / Business Development Executive to build and grow our network across the architecture, interior design, construction and real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development
- Own and drive B2B sales for Dream Space Hub.
- Identify and develop relationships with architects and architecture firms.
- Build connections with interior designers and design studios.
- Meet and engage with builders and developers.
- Develop relationships with construction consultants and other relevant industry professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and educational/CPD-style presentations.
- Build long-term professional relationships and generate repeat business.
- Develop referral partnerships within the industry.
- Handle franchise-related enquiries.
- Support investor presentations and strategic partnership discussions.
- Identify recent business opportunities and convert them into long-term relationships.
Product & Solution Presentation
Confidently present and explain Dream Space Hub's solutions, including:
- 1:1 Projection
- Walk the Plan
- VR & AR
- Furniture placement and spatial visualization
- Design validation
- Construction savings and decision-making benefits
- End-to-end construction services
The candidate should be able to understand these solutions and communicate their value clearly to architects, designers, builders, developers and other industry prof
