- Manage daily production operations to meet customer demands and quality standards.
- Oversee plant maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Robust background in Production Management, including planning, scheduling, and control processes.
- Proven track record of implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems for improved equipment reliability.
