KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Handle objections and effectively close admissions
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling records in CRM
- Support junior counsellors and share effective counselling techniques
- Coordinate with academic and sales teams for smooth student onboarding
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech, Inside Sales, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent counselling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Good knowledge of CRM and lead management
- Proven admission or sales conversion experience preferred
