Job Summary

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves coordinating with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project implementation. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, progress tracking, quality assurance, and reporting. A Project Manager ensures that project objectives are achieved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project costs and maintain budget control.

- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards and company policies.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Supervise project team members and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Review project deliverables and ensure quality assurance before submission.
- Prepare project documentation, reports and completion records.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
