Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to support our business development and sales activities for Investment Visa, Residency-by-Investment, and Citizenship-by-Investment programs.

The role involves identifying and engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, investors, and prospective clients, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to consultation.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a professional approach, and the ability to work with premium and high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate and qualify leads for investment visa, residency-by-investment, and citizenship-by-investment programs through calls, networking, referrals, digital channels, and other business development activities.
- Identify and proactively connect with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and prospective clients.




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Explore recent business opportunities, referral networks, partnerships, and potential client sources.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Conduct initial conversations with prospective clients to understand their requirements, interests, investment objectives, and eligibility.
- Explain basic investment migration programs, benefits, processes, and eligibility requirements to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Build strong and professional relationships with clients, referral partners, and business sources.
- Maintain a professional and consultative approach when dealing with premium and high-value clients.
