- Extensive experience in ERP applications (Min 7 years)
- Proven track record of managing delivery of multiple pipelines/releases in parallel.
- Experience of Management of small teams, planning, prioritizing workloads.
- Experience of large-scale complex program experience
- Has demonstratable experience managing delivery in a cross functional environment
Skills/Experience
- JDE 9.1/9.2
- Strong team management, managing external vendors, working with onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
- Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
- Provide multiple approaches and solutions to problems
- Delivers quality work on time
- Bachelors degree in a Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Soft Skills
- Proficiency to handle complex and quality demanding jobs.
- Should have positive Communication skills.
- Should have technical bent of mind.
- Should have problem solving, prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking abilities.
