performance appraisal and disciplinary action up to and including termination - as
applicable.
- Lead, direct and support daily operations as well as spearheading the development and

- Direct, guide and support staff to delivery industry best practices
- Facilitate the provision of operational supports including import and export
documentation, synchronization of origin/destination zone transport, customs formalities,
and the overall scope of the door-to-door trade
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of customer commitments by the organization
- Create a challenging, rewarding, and open work environment that facilitates constructive
communication and motivates performance.
- Constantly monitor cost control efforts within the department to achieve maximum
profitability and timely issue of customer invoices
