Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall operations of the stamping plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve production targets and improve productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize plant performance.
Job Requirements :
- 10-25 years of experience in metal forming industry with expertise in roll forming, press machines, stamping processes.
- Robust understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied to manufacturing systems.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex equipment installations.
