About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing market and experience marketing IT consultants, identifying suitable requirements, communicating with vendors/recruiters, negotiating rates, submitting profiles, and driving consultants toward interviews and placements.

This is a highly target-oriented and performance-driven role for someone who understands the complete bench sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Market and represent IT consultants who are available on bench.
- Identify suitable job requirements for consultants based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Search and source requirements through vendor portals, LinkedIn, job boards, recruiter networks, and other channels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with US-based recruiters, vendors, implementation partners, and staffing companies.
- Send consultant profiles to relevant requirements and manage submissions.




- Communicate with recruiters and vendors regarding requirements, rates, location, work authorization, and interview processes.
- Negotiate hourly rates and other commercial terms with vendors when required.
- Follow up consistently on submitted profiles and identify interview opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and recruiters/clients.
- Track submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements.
- Maintain accurate consultant and vendor information in internal databases, ATS, CRM, or Google Sheets.
- Build and maintain a strong network of US IT recruiters and vendors.
- Continuously identify recent requirements and opportunities for consultants.
- Assist consultants with interview preparation and recruitment-process coordination.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with both consultants and vendors throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
