Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the architecture, interior, and construction divisions, ensuring smooth coordination, operational efficiency, and timely project execution.

1. Drive project delivery excellence by monitoring project schedules, quality standards, budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Lead cross-functional teams by coordinating with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Projects, Sales, Finance, and HR to achieve organizational objectives and improve collaboration.

3. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance overall business performance.

4. Monitor financial and operational performance by reviewing project profitability, operational costs, KPIs, and implementing corrective actions to achieve business targets.

Ensure compliance and risk management by enforcing company policies, quality standards, safety regulations, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements across all operations.

6. Build and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships by supporting business development, resolving operational issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining robust relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors.

7. Report to the CEO/Managing Director by providing regular updates on operational performance, project status, resource utilization, business risks, and strategic improvement initiatives while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
