About the Role

We're looking for a creative, fast-moving Video Editor to produce engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and our website. You'll edit both long-form and short-form videos, stay on top of social media trends, and craft content with strong viral potential. This role suits someone experienced with business sales/brokerage content, real estate marketing, podcasts, promotional videos, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and website use
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcast episodes, interviews, business presentations, and promotional content
- Create short-form clips from long-form content for maximum reach
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and branding
- Design hooks, thumbnails, and opening sequences to boost watch time
- Repurpose content across platforms following platform-specific best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing/social media team on content calendars and campaigns




- Deliver high-quality edits within tight deadlines

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Experience editing content for business sales/brokerage, real estate, podcasts, or social media brands
- Strong portfolio with both short-form viral content and long-form YouTube editing
- Understanding of viral content formats, retention editing, hook creation, and pacing
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects
- Knowledge of audio cleanup, color correction, and platform-specific export settings
- Must be available 10 AM–7 PM Melbourne time
- Own laptop/PC and reliable internet connection required
