Job Summary:

FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Team Lead / Process Lead / Senior HR Professional with strong expertise in Recruitment, HR Operations, Hire-to-Retire (H2R), Payroll Coordination, and Team Management.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5+ years of relevant HR experience and the ability to independently manage HR processes while leading a small to medium-sized HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Handle complete Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Coordinate payroll processes and payroll-related operations.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, engagement,



and exit formalities.
- Lead and manage a small to medium-sized HR team.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with management, internal stakeholders, and business teams.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, HR reports, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor HR processes and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5+ years of experience in HR / HR Operations / Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
- Valuable understanding of Payroll and HR Operations.
- Prior experience in team handling / team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, processes
