● Track product return trends, analyze reasons for returns, and coordinate with Marketplace and Operations teams to support reduction initiatives.

● Support the monthly provisioning process by coordinating with MIS and Finance teams and ensuring accuracy of financial inputs.

● Monitor marketplace collections, settlements, and receivables to ensure timely realization and follow up on outstanding balances.

● Ensure accurate accounting of sales, claims, incentives, discounts, and marketplace expenses as per company policies.

● Perform regular reconciliations with marketplace partners and support resolution of financial and commercial discrepancies.

● Prepare MIS reports, financial trackers,



and performance dashboards to provide insights on marketplace business performance.

● Work closely with Sales, Marketplace, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure effective financial controls and process adherence.

● Support initiatives aimed at improving channel profitability, working capital efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

● Assist in commercial discussions and negotiations with marketplace partners by providing financial analysis and supporting data.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
