Job Title - Influencer Marketing Executive

Location - Hyderabad

Role: Identify, onboard and manage relevant influencers and content creators to execute effective influencer marketing campaigns for brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social platforms.
- Evaluate influencers based on audience relevance, engagement, content quality, credibility, location and brand fit.
- Build and maintain an updated database of influencers across relevant categories and markets.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate commercials and deliverables, and coordinate onboarding under supervision.
- Share campaign briefs, content requirements, timelines and brand guidelines with influencers.
- Coordinate with influencers, clients and internal creative/account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Follow up on content creation, approvals, posting schedules and campaign deliverables.
- Review influencer content for adherence to the approved brief, brand guidelines and agreed deliverables.




- Maintain campaign trackers covering influencers, commercials, deliverables, posting dates, links and performance data.
- Track and compile basic campaign metrics including reach, impressions, views, engagement and clicks.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and highlight key observations and learnings.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging creators, content formats and platform developments.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with influencers, creators and relevant talent networks.
- Manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously while ensuring timely execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Strong influencer discovery, outreach, coordination and campaign management skills.
