Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing sales team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with e-commerce sellers, understanding their business challenges, and demonstrating how our Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Payment Reconciliation, and Marketplace Automation Software can improve operational efficiency and business growth.

This role requires robust communication skills, consultative selling ability, negotiation expertise, and a passion for SaaS and technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other online marketplaces.
- Generate qualified sales leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and digital channels.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable SaaS software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing Inventory, Order, Warehouse, and Payment Management Software.




- Schedule and deliver online product presentations and client meetings.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and customer information in CRM software.
- Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams for seamless onboarding.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, e-commerce trends, and competitor solutions.
- Prepare daily sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
