About Dental-X AI

Dental-X AI (a product of Med-X Global Corporation) is the Revenue Recovery platform for dentistry — autonomous AI agents that find and recapture revenue leaking out of the dental insurance workflow: eligibility, claims, denials, and payments. We serve independent practices and DSOs, and we're growing fast.

You won't be fetching coffee. You'll be the execution engine of a marketing operation that runs on AI tooling — working alongside AI agents that draft, analyze, and automate, while you provide the judgment, coordination, and follow-through.

What you'll do
- Content operations
— shepherd clinician-written blog articles through our review-and-publish pipeline (Google Docs → review → GoHighLevel → website); format posts, add images and SEO metadata, keep the content calendar on track.
- Social media execution
— schedule and publish the weekly content batch (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram): pain-point posts, data carousels, proof posts, CTAs. Monitor engagement and flag what's working.
- Email & campaign support




— build and QA email/SMS sequences in GoHighLevel (conference follow-ups, webinar reminders, nurture flows); keep contact lists tagged and clean.
- Webinar & event support
— help run registration funnels, confirmation/reminder flows, and post-event follow-up for our webinar program and industry conferences (e.g., DSO events).
- Website & CMS upkeep
— publish and tidy content in Webflow and GoHighLevel; clean up drafts, fix slugs and metadata, keep the blog presentable.
- Reporting
— assemble the Monday metrics digest: post engagement, email opens, registrations, pipeline movement. Learn what the numbers mean, not just how to paste them.
