As a Sales/BDA, you will be a key point of contact for parents and learners globally. You will guide families in selecting the right programs, drive enrollments, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for all prospective learners.

Educational Requirements:

High School Graduate / 12th pass (mandatory).

Graduation in any stream (preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote EdTech products and services.

Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding the needs of customers and matching them with appropriate courses or packages.

Provide accurate product information, answer queries, and resolve issues related to courses, pricing,



or other offerings.

Schedule demo sessions or consultations for prospective students with the sales team.

Maintain and update customer database on a daily basis in CRM software.

Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Keep up-to-date with product offerings, market trends, and competition in the EdTech industry

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing (preferably in an EdTech, Education, or related sector).

Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English spoken and written). Solid negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of CRM software Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
