The Real Estate Sales Executive drives residential and commercial property sales by identifying prospective buyers, conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, and closing sales deals. This role serves as the primary touchpoint between clients and the property development firm or brokerage, delivering exceptional client advisory while achieving targeted sales revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Outreach & Pipeline Growth: Source and qualify prospective buyers through inbound leads, cold calling, real estate portals, networking events, and direct channel partner referrals.

Database Management: Capture, track, and follow up with leads using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to ensure high conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

Market Activation: Participate in real estate expos, corporate activation drives, and promotional events to generate footfalls and maintain brand visibility.

2. Client Consultation & Site Presentations

Advisory & Needs Analysis:



Conduct thorough discussions with buyers to understand their spatial requirements, budget parameters, financing needs, and investment timelines.

Property Inspections & Site Visits: Lead guided tours of sample flats, show units, site locations, and existing developments, detailing architectural features, floor plans, amenities, and connectivity advantages.

Value Proposition Delivery: Present USP (Unique Selling Proposition) highlights of the portfolio, including location advantages, infrastructure developments, return on investment (ROI) potential, and pricing structures.

3. Sales Closure, Negotiation & Contracting

Deal Negotiation: Handle price negotiations, offer structures, and payment schedules in line with company pricing guidelines and inventory strategies.

Documentation & Booking: Facilitate booking documentation, application forms, earnest money receipts, and cost estimation sheets.

Financial Coordination: Assist client
