Kaarigar The Indian Artisan is hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Advisor for our premium retail store in NCR. This is a high-impact sales job role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for discerning buyers of handcrafted sarees, suits, and artisanal fashion. If you re passionate about handloom, fabrics, and storytelling through craft we want to hear from you.
What We re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in handloom, handicrafts, or ethnic women s wear retail
- Strong understanding of Indian fabrics, weaving techniques, and craft-based products
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a European language (French German etc) is a bonus
- Proven ability in customer engagement, sales conversion, and client relationship management
- Experience in training junior sales staff and handling customer escalations
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and sales software is preferred
