Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and client relationships.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements,



pitching our interior design and modular solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients in the Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, F&B;, and Retail sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, online research, networking, and existing databases.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's products and services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design, fit-out, modular, and plug-and-play solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into business.
