Job Title: DevOps Support and QA Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Support and QA Engineer to support the reliability, quality, and operational readiness of our SaaS platform. This role is equally focused on DevOps support and quality assurance, with responsibility for helping maintain stable environments, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring product releases are validated from the customers perspective.

The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, is comfortable working across development, staging, testing, and production environments, and brings a strong customer-first mindset. In this role, QA is not limited to feature verification; it is approached through the lens of the customers business problems and the value the product must deliver in real-world use.

This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands, including potential ownership of the product support division.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day DevOps operations for a SaaS platform, including deployment support, environment management,



and release workflows.
- Assist with CI/CD pipeline execution, deployment validation, smoke testing, and production readiness checks.
- Monitor logs, alerts, and system health, and help troubleshoot issues across infrastructure and application layers.
- Support release management activities and work closely with engineering to ensure stable, timely deployments.
- Test recent features, bug fixes, and releases using manual and automated QA methods.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, regression tests, and functional test scenarios.
- Validate web applications, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Investigate, reproduce, and document defects clearly for engineering teams.
- Contribute to automation, scripting, and operational process improvements.
- Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and runbooks to improve support efficiency.
