Position Overview:-

We are looking for a agile, target-driven, and customer-focused Head of sales to drive admissions and revenue growth across CAP centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments, building strong relationships with parents,



schools, local communities, and corporate partners, while contributing to the academy's expansion and brand visibility.

This role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to work closely with operations, marketing, and coaching teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales & Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into Franchisee for CAP.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to franchisee setup.

Business Development
- Develop partnerships with schools, sports clubs, residential societies, and local communities to generate admissions.
