Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls and provide excellent customer support.
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
- Maintain good communication and customer relationships.
- Achieve daily performance and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Prior experience in international voice process is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
