QA/QC Engineer – Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction quality and compliance across residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor site quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Inspect RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, IRs, MIRs, NCRs, and quality reports.
- Conduct material inspections and quality tests (slump test, cube test, etc.).
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients on quality requirements.
- Support audits, inspections,



and corrective/preventive actions.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, IS Codes, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and MS Office.

Preferred:
- Experience with reputed real estate developers or construction companies.
- Exposure to consultant/client inspections.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
