Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Harness, TeamCity, and automated CI/CD practices to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end delivery pipelines, release automation, and infrastructure management. You will work closely with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to streamline software delivery, optimize deployment efficiency, and ensure high operational stability and engineering productivity across all environments.

In This Role You Will




- CI/CD Pipeline Design & Management: Architect, build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using Harness, TeamCity, and GitHub Actions.
- Automated Deployment Strategies: Implement and manage continuous delivery pipelines, automated release workflows, and progressive deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling deployments) in Harness.
- Build Automation & Tools Management: Configure and manage build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and CMake to compile, package, and test software across multi-language and legacy codebases.
- Artifact & Dependency Governance: Manage repository structures, artifact versioning, promotion pipelines, and retention policies using JFrog Artifactory.
- Automation & Engineering Productivity: Automate end-to-end build, test, and deployment execution to significantly increase release velocity while reducing cycle times.
