Role: Senior Manager Civil – Infrastructure

Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes for Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works across all assigned projects.
- Plan, review, and provide technical guidance for the structural design of reinforced concrete foundations, steel structures, and associated civil works for electrical substations and other infrastructure projects, including physical layouts, site layouts, and structural calculations.
- Oversee the execution of high-quality interior fit-out works, including premium office spaces, academic buildings, and advanced research laboratory facilities, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Manage rehabilitation, renovation,



and repurposing projects to ensure structural integrity, functionality, and compliance with institutional requirements.
- Supervise in office construction activities and ensure execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with structural engineering standards, statutory regulations, safety norms, and project quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Independently manage project cost certification, quality assurance, schedule monitoring, budget control, risk management, and project closeout activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical and financial project documentation, ensuring timely reporting and effective use of contemporary project management tools and methodologies.
