Key Responsibilities
- Resolve content-support tickets involving HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and MathML.
- Troubleshoot and implement content fixes across web and EPUB formats.
- Perform content corrections and formatting updates using Adobe InDesign.
- Work with EPUB and structured digital content and ensure content quality across supported formats.
- Develop and maintain Node.js/Python scripts for bulk content updates and content transformation.
- Perform content validation and troubleshooting across different browsers and platforms.
- Ensure content meets web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility standards.
- Work with Git for version control, code/content management, and maintaining version-control hygiene.
- Collaborate with content, engineering, and support teams to investigate and resolve content-related issues.




- Identify repetitive manual content activities and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for content fixes, scripts, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Content Engineering, Digital Publishing, Content Support, E-Publishing, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- HTML
- XML
- CSS
- JavaScript / jQuery
- EPUB / ePub
- MathML
- Experience with Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
- Good understanding of Git/version control.
- Experience developing scripts using Node.js or Python for bulk content updates or automation.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
